At Soarcio, we pride ourselves on delivering expert Chartered Accountancy and management consultancy services. Unlike automated platforms, our work involves manual document verification, legal drafting, and strategic planning by qualified professionals. Because our team begins allocating resources and man-hours immediately upon engagement, we follow a structured refund policy to balance our professional commitments with our clients’ needs.
2. Refund Structure (Professional Fees)
Our professional fees are billed based on the expertise and administrative effort required to process your application.
Service Commitment Fee: Once the onboarding process begins (initial consultation and document review), a minimum of 50% of the professional service fee is strictly non-refundable. This covers the cost of work performed by our compliance team and the reservation of professional time.
Balance Eligibility: The remaining 50% may be refunded if the request is made before the finalization of documents or any government filing attempt.
Post-Filing: Once a document has been drafted (MOA/AOA) or an application has been submitted to the respective government portal, no portion of the professional fee is refundable.
3. Statutory & Government Payments
As a private consultancy, Soarcio facilitates payments to various government departments
Non-Refundable Costs: Any fees paid toward Stamp Duty, Name Reservation (RUN), PAN/TAN applications, or Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) are processed via government-authorized channels.
Finality of Payments: Once a government challan is generated or payment is remitted to a government portal, these funds are 100% non-refundable, as they cannot be reclaimed from the state treasury.
4. Client Responsibilities & Exclusions
To ensure a smooth registration process, clients are expected to provide accurate information. Refunds (partial or full) will not be entertained if:
The application is rejected due to the submission of fraudulent or incorrect documents.
There is a failure to provide necessary OTPs, signatures, or clarifications within 7 business days.
The client decides to pivot their business model or cancel the project after work has reached the final submission stage.
5. Management Discretion & Policy Updates
Soarcio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or waive any part of this refund policy based on the specific merits of a case. Decisions made by the management regarding the volume of work completed and the resulting refund eligibility are final. This policy is subject to change without prior notice to reflect current professional standards and operational costs.
6. How to Request a Refund
All requests must be submitted in writing to soarcio@gmail.com. Please include your transaction ID and the reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
